The functionality of this application is straightforward and user-friendly:

• Begin by installing the app on your smartphone.
• Log in using your Factory account credentials.
• Set a personal identification number (PIN) to ensure the security of your data.
• Once the app is unlocked, you can easily open doors and reserve meeting rooms throughout the facility.
• To gain access, simply hold your phone near the illuminated devices adjacent to the doors.
• A white light will indicate that you have permission to enter the specific area or room.

This service is currently available at our campus in Berlin-Kreuzberg.

If you require assistance with the keyless and cardless entry system, our front desk at the main entrance is readily available to help. Please ensure that Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your device for door access to function correctly.
